If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delay via email or phone.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
- Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time for production and delivery. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Serviceable Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- For remote or non-serviceable areas, our customer support team will inform you if delivery is not possible.
- Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
- Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.
- Damages
DecorNest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Delays
