  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time for production and delivery. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  1. Serviceable Locations
  • We currently ship across India.
  • For remote or non-serviceable areas, our customer support team will inform you if delivery is not possible.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.
  1. Damages
    DecorNest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  1. Delays
    Unexpected delays (strikes, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.) may affect delivery times. We will do our best to keep you updated in such cases.
